I feel my greatest strengths as a REALTOR are my professional but friendly attitude, diligence in searching for that right house or buyer, and negotiating all aspects of the contracts in an ethical and thorough manner. I feel I have accumulated an abundance of knowledge in real estate matters and know the Fox Valley well during my ten + years as a REALTOR.  Besides Seller's Agency, I also offer Buyer's Agency, especially desirable for someone unfamiliar with this area or a first-time homebuyer, who would find it very helpful to have someone representing them in one of the major purchases they will make in their lifetime.
 
In my leisure time, my two children and I enjoy attending festivals, day trips to Lake Michigan or Door County, shopping, walking on nature trails, checking out new restaurants and reading.  We're also nature lovers, and have a small zoo at home!  We have lived near Peabody Park and the Fox River in a character home (which the Valley is famous for) for 12 years and we love living in the Valley and there's so much to do within easy travel distance.
